一般電鍋爐使用1-2年內(nèi)要對電鍋爐進行一定的維修保養(yǎng)，有助于電鍋爐的正常運作，定期的檢修對于電鍋爐而言也是保障其正常運行的基本。
1、維護保養(yǎng)鍋爐時，必須切斷電源，必須泄壓。

2、燃燒器應(yīng)每兩個月從鍋爐本體上拆下來，認真清除積炭和灰塵等異物。光電管受光面每月擦拭一次，燃油過濾器要始終保持清潔和過濾功能;仔細清洗油泵內(nèi)過濾網(wǎng)，不要破壞密封墊。燃燒器不得無油空轉(zhuǎn)，以免損壞油泵。

3、安全閥每天扳動一次，以防生銹失靈。

4、水位計要時刻保持清潔，每天打開清洗閥沖洗一次，以保證水位清晰。
